Refund Policy

At AF Studio, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or booking.

1. No Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of downloadable music, media files, or other digital products are final and non-refundable.

2. Service-Based Refunds

For custom services such as studio bookings, content creation, or music production:

• Cancellation before 48 hours of scheduled time: 100% refund.
• Cancellation within 24–48 hours: 50% refund.
• No refund if cancelled within 24 hours or for no-shows.

3. Subscription Plans

Monthly or yearly plans are non-refundable once the service period has started. You can cancel anytime, and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

4. Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
